At BASSIKE, we are committed to sustainable quality and want you to love your purchase. If a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your original packaging, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
